Privacy Policy

iPhone or iPad: open this page in Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. You may need to scroll through the actions. If shown, leave Open as Web App enabled, then tap Add.
Android: open the browser menu and look for Install app or Add to Home screen.
Computer: look for an install icon in the address bar or an Install option in the browser menu. Not every browser supports installation.

Your tool inputs are processed on your device. We do not run analytics or advertising trackers.

All tools on HandyBrowserTools run in your browser. Text you paste, files you select and anything you generate is processed on your own device, not uploaded for processing.

Local storage. Some conveniences (your dark/light theme choice, bookmarked tools, recently used tools and unsaved tool inputs) are stored in your browser's localStorage. This data stays on your device, is never sent anywhere, and you can clear it at any time via your browser settings.

Cookies and analytics. We do not load analytics scripts, run advertising trackers, or set tracking cookies.

Hosting. Static pages are served from a content delivery network, which may log standard HTTP request metadata (IP address, user agent) for security and operational purposes, as is standard for any website.

Sharing is your choice. Copy link shares only a tool's address. If you explicitly choose to include your input, it is encoded in the link's fragment (the part after #). Anyone with that link can read the included content. Do not use content links for passwords, tokens or other sensitive data. Your browser, clipboard service or chosen sharing app may store links you share.

External links. Share buttons and support links lead to third-party sites governed by their own privacy policies. We load no scripts from those sites.
