No. The watermark is applied directly in your browser, so your document never leaves your device and is never stored on any server.
How transparent should my watermark be?
Opacity ranges from 5% to 90%. A lower opacity keeps the watermark unobtrusive while still discouraging casual copying; raise it when the text must stay legible over busy pages.
How do I make the watermark diagonal?
The watermark is drawn diagonally by default at -45°. Use the rotation slider between -90° and 90° to tilt it left or right, or set 0° for horizontal text.
Can I watermark an encrypted PDF?
Encrypted PDFs are rejected because their contents cannot be modified without the password. Save an unencrypted copy of the document and try again.
