Frequently asked questions

Are my images uploaded to a server?

No. Images are read and converted entirely in your browser, so they are never sent anywhere or stored on the site.

Which image formats are supported?

JPG, PNG, and WebP all work. JPEG and PNG images are embedded directly, while WebP files are decoded in your browser and added as PNG pages.

In what order are images added to the PDF?

Pages follow the thumbnail order, the sequence you chose or dropped the images in. Remove all and re-add them to change the order.

Are there limits on file size or count?

You can combine up to 50 images, each up to 25 MiB. Everything is processed locally, so very large sets simply take a bit longer to convert.
